Preregistration Terms
These waitlist-specific terms supplement the Dhoops General Terms and Conditions. Together they govern preregistration through this landing page. If they conflict on a waitlist-specific point, these terms apply, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
1. Provider and scope
The provider is identified in the General Terms. Questions about preregistration can be sent to support@dhoopsapp.com. These terms cover only the landing-page waitlist; they do not govern a future Dhoops account, paid service or store application.
2. Free preregistration
Joining the waitlist is free. It is not a purchase, subscription or account, creates no payment obligation and does not guarantee selection, early access, an invitation, a launch date, availability in any territory or any particular feature.
3. Eligibility and verification
You must be at least 16 years old, provide an email address you personally control and verify it using the confirmation link. Third-party addresses, automated submissions, invitation resale, attempts to bypass safeguards and unlawful use are prohibited.
4. Communications and marketing
Necessary waitlist communications include address confirmation, material changes to these terms, essential launch information and invitation availability. Other Dhoops news or promotional content is sent only where separate optional consent has been given and can be stopped at any time.
5. Availability and cancellation
Dhoops may change, suspend or end the waitlist and may remove abusive, duplicate or unconfirmed requests. You can cancel using the link provided in Dhoops emails or by contacting us. Cancellation does not affect privacy rights or mandatory consumer protections.
6. Future registration
Preregistration does not automatically create or reserve an application account. If Dhoops becomes available, account creation will require a separate choice and acceptance of the policies and terms then in force.
7. General provisions
The General Terms contain the rules on acceptable use, intellectual property, liability, governing law, jurisdiction and mandatory local consumer protections. Nothing in these preregistration terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
Where required, material changes affecting confirmed requests will be sent by email before they take effect, following the notice periods in the General Terms. The version accepted with each request is recorded.
